Steven L. Rozenfeld is the founder and managing partner of Steven Rozenfeld PLLC. He advises companies on consequential corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters throughout the business lifecycle, from formation and financing to strategic transactions, compliance, and exit. His clients include founders, emerging growth companies, and established privately held businesses. He also serves as outside general counsel to growing companies that need senior legal judgment but are not yet ready to build a full in-house legal team.
